Di Pico

Di has a long history in the restaurant industry, culminating in training and General Manager roles. Di has done it all from tending bar at local restaurants to staff training with Applebee’s to General Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings. In her everyday world, Di recharges by helping people in any way she can and spreading a little joy whenever possible; these being the reasons she bartended for many years. Di holds a Bachelor of Art from the School of Visual Arts and Design at the University of Central Florida. Di uses her creativity to inspire and educate while training clients throughout the Orlando area.
