John is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. His primary background is hotel operations including roles from Guest Service Representative to General Manager and everything in between. John has been with RCS since 2012 and oversees the Northwest region. John holds two designations from AHLEI; Certified Hotel Administrator & Certified Hospitality Trainer. John is also certified as an AllerTrain® Certified Master Trainer, HOST (Nightclub and Security) and ServSafe-Certified Food Protection Manager.
