Alexandra is a bilingual regional manager who conducts training for 100+ risk management clients in the Miami-Dade county area.  She is a Certified Food Protection Manager and ServSafe® Manager Instructor and Proctor.  She came to RCS as a 15 veteran of restaurant management. Alexandra’s knowledge as a training manager and coordinator has allowed her to develop different plans, programs and map trainings for teams and individuals. She brings her innovative teaching style and training methodology to the RCS team..
