Robin is a graduate of Towson University with a degree in Mass Communications, during which time she specialized in Advertising and Public Relations. It was throughout her studies that she began an extensive career in the hospitality industry. Robin has worked every aspect of the restaurant field, from serving to bartending to managing. She began proctoring CFPM exams for FRLA in 2001, covering grounds from Key West to Vero Beach. In 2015 she became a contract trainer for RCS and is currently the Regional Manager for North Dade and Broward counties. Robin is Guest Service Gold certified through the American Hotel and Lodging Association and holds several certifications through the National Restaurant Association. She is also an AllerTrain® Certified Master Trainer.
