Victor is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in microbiology and is a chef with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu. He holds two certifications from the National Restaurant Association and is an expert in food safety instruction and certification. He has a long history of training and consulting in the food service industry ranging from restaurants to large convention centers. Victor is a 13 year veteran of RCS and has over 15 years in the training industry. Victor holds three certifications from the National Restaurant Association and is Guest Service Gold certified through the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
