T. Steven Dick started his hospitality career as a chef before joining the staff of RCS Training as a contract trainer. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Davidson College, and an AOS Degree from The Culinary Institute of America. Steven is currently RCS Training’s Regional Manager for Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties. Steven is certified by the National Restaurant Association as a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM), a CFPM Course Instructor and Exam Proctor by the National Restaurant Association’s Educational Foundation. Additionally, Steven is Guest Service Gold certified through the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and is an AllerTrain® Master Trainer.
