Luke is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida. After graduation, Luke worked for Orange County Public Schools as an English teacher. In addition to teaching, Luke has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He is a Certified Food Protection Manager and ServSafe® Manager Instructor and Proctor. He is also Guest Service Gold certified through the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Luke is currently the Regional Manager for the northern Central Florida area.
