Steven graduated from Davidson College with a bachelor of psychology. He also earned an associate’s degree in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park. In 2012 he joined RCS as a contract trainer and then moved to his full-time role in 2014. He currently is the regional training manager for Palm Beach County. Steven holds three certifications from the National Restaurant Association and is Guest Service Gold certified through the American Hotel & Lodging Association. In addition, Steven is Codex Gold HACCP certified by the International HACCP Alliance and has developed custom HACCP, food safety, clean-label, and gluten free programs for food manufactures and small businesses throughout Florida.
