Amy is a Regional Manager for the northwest Florida and south Alabama areas. She has been in the nightclub and restaurant industry since 1994. Amy graduated from Fortis Institute with an MA/MOS and worked in Orthopedics for a few years before returning to the hospitality industry. She joined RCS in 2012 as a contract trainer and was hired in a full-time position in 2014. Amy holds three certifications through the National Restaurant Association. She is also Guest Service Gold certified through AHLEI, and an AllerTrain® Certified Master Trainer.
